Fair Education Alliance

Fair Education Alliance (FEA) unites over 250 members who represent diverse perspectives and the voices of young people, charities and social enterprises, research organisations and think tanks, businesses and foundations, unions, universities and schools. Their members are working collectively to:

1. Create a fair, inclusive education system which gives all young people a rounded education, ensuring that skills and wellbeing are prioritised alongside attainment
2. Engage parents and communities so education goes beyond the school gates
3. Support, incentivise and reward teachers and leaders to enable all children to thrive

With Isla’s funding, FEA will expand their work in addressing educational issues in England, develop cross-sector collaboration, increase diversity of leadership in education and scale initiatives based on need.
