Project Overview
The Arkbound Foundation is a charity that aims to widen access to literature and improve diversity within publishing, providing peer support to groups of people in Bristol with disabilities, autism and neurodiversity.
Since the beginning of Covid-19, Arkbound have been meeting up to 4 times a week via Zoom to provide ongoing support towards where to access the right help and to encourage their "untold stories" to be told following 31 years of Bristol Disability Activism.
The Isla grant is supporting a new project for Arkbound Foundation's new project, a collation of stories from people with disabilities.
